Design Management

Design Management is creative problem solving with the user being at the center of the conversation. A Design Manager uses business and design methods to understand the user and align an organization's strategies, tactics, and processes such that all users derive value from its products and services.

 

Design management falls right in the middle of the spectrum of both design projects that are either business (brand focused) led or design led (consumer focused).
